The price of this product can be quite deceptive. £50+ is already quite expensive for a small leaf blower, however you’ll notice it doesn’t come with a battery or charger. Realistically you’ll be spending another £70 or more to get the full kit. In all honesty it would be money better spent on a larger, high performance vac.
However one important point despite the drawbacks of not being able to plug and play straight out of the box – This is compatible with a lot of batteries and chargers, so if you already have a spare lying around it could well fit it (if you fancy taking the risk!). Likewise if you’re replacing an old Greenworks vac then this won’t be an issue.
The product itself is quite powerful given the size. Pushing out speeds of around 240km/h it will make short work of anything you point it at. For example there’s no denying that with this at hand you’ll clear your driveway in minutes, including wet leaves which will cause problems for other vacs.
This kind of power is comparable to any petrol blower and is of course much more environmentally friendly.
The additional speed controls mean you can also tackle all different areas in the garden. This includes delicate flowers and plants, so you don’t need to worry about breaking them as you clear your flower beds of debris.
- Just as powerful as any other vac out there
- Alternative speed controls
- Price, note the points above but this is a lot of money to be investing in a small blower
If you purchase this product you’ll get a powerful, cordless vac that can be taken wherever you go. However, take a closer look at the market and you’ll see a lot of cordless vacs that do include the charger and other necessary ancillaries for a much lower price.
