Note: This product supersedes the Bosch Rotak 43 lawn mower. The main improvement to this new model is a 75% reduction in operational noise, definitely worth having!
The largest in Bosch’s popular Rotak range, the AdvancedRotak 750 is designed to push take the usefulness of an electric mower to it’s limits.
Bosch have created the QuickClick handle system that creates an exceptionally smooth transition for operating the Bosch AdvancedRotak 750. Trademarked under Ergoflex, the handle offers effortless control of a powerful motor, as well as ensuring you mow the garden using correct posture. The handle reduces muscle strain and the lightweight design makes moving the lawn mower a walk in the park.
The AdvancedRotak 750 delivers consistently high torque to ensure you cut through the thickest grass, even if the grass has received a recent dousing from a passing storm. Outstanding cutting performance creates a uniform lawn, the height of which depends on the height you set for the blade. The 1800-watt motor is like the lawn mower it powers, the largest in the Bosch range, and receives rave reviews for quickly cutting grass on lawns that measure more than 600 square meters (nearly petrol mower territory). You can operate with all the mowing power you’ll ever need, without feeling drained after cutting the garden.
The 43 centimetre hardened steel blade cuts at heights between two and seven centimetres. Improved grass combs ensure clean cuts of grass all the way to the edges of your lawn. The grass collection box measures a massive 50 litres, which is definitely on par with many petrol mowers, and catches more than 99% of the grass cut from under the deck. Bosch claim to use dent and crack resistant materials to create the deck, and we’ve neither had nor heard of any complaints to the contrary. They’ve also waterproofed the deck and moving parts to prevent corrosion.
The Bosch AdvancedRotak 750 comes with a two-year guarantee and if some of the more negative feedback among users is true, you may need to use the two-year guarantee to fix the “flimsy” deck. The design of the grass collection box also draws criticism for making you have to tilt the box too much to ensure all of the grass comes out. Also on the downside, some claim the lawn mower loses power cutting dry, small sections of a garden.

Conclusion
One thing’s for certain as far as the AdvancedRotak 750 is concerned; It represents a huge advancement in the design of an ergonomically friendly, large electric lawnmower. Proprietary Ergoflex technology delivers a back and shoulders pain free experience. You’ll also enjoy reduced muscle strain and more lawn mower movement flexibility. The lawnmower does have a few issues, especially when it comes to the design of the bodywork/deck, although it does the job and is lightweight, this comes at a price as it isn’t as durable as it really ought to be.
